HOT POWER PILATES:  

A dynamic, full-body workout performed in our heated studio that combines traditional Pilates principles with strength, endurance, and core-focused exercises.

The class is designed to improve muscle tone, stability, flexibility, and overall fitness, while the heat adds an extra challenge.

Expect a moderately high-intensity workout that leaves you feeling stronger, energised, and refreshed

- Requirement for all of our Fierce Flow Hot Classes: Please ensure you bring water and a face towel to your classes, you may go barefoot or wear grip socks to your classes.

We also have grip socks and towels available to buy in the gym, if you need any please let your instructor know.
